1. Industry Experience & Subject Matter Expertise

✅ Minimum 5+ years of experience in your respective field (Cloud, AI, Data, ERP, CRM, or Security).
✅ Hands-on expertise in Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Security Solutions.
✅ Strong understanding of industry best practices, enterprise solutions, and digital transformation.

2. Microsoft Certifications & Recognized Credentials

✅ Must hold relevant Microsoft Certifications such as:

  • Azure (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500, AI-102, DP-203, DP-600)

  • Dynamics 365 (MB-800, MB-300, MB-210, MB-220, MB-920)

  • Microsoft 365 & Security (MS-102, SC-100, SC-900, MD-102)

  • Power Platform (PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, PL-400)

    ✅ Having a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credential is highly preferred.

    ✅ Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework & Best Practices.

3. Teaching & Training Skills

✅ Prior experience in corporate training, university lectures, or online technical courses is an advantage.
✅ Ability to deliver interactive, hands-on training sessions using real-world scenarios.
✅ Strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts for learners of different backgrounds.
✅ Familiarity with training platforms, labs, and course development tools.

4. Contribution to Microsoft COE (Center of Excellence)

INFOC Academy’s Microsoft COE ensures high-quality training and mentorship for professionals. As an Instructor & COE Contributor, you are expected to:

✅ Develop and maintain up-to-date training content aligned with Microsoft’s latest technologies.

✅ Conduct live sessions, hands-on workshops, and certification coaching.

✅ Mentor professionals seeking Microsoft certifications and career advancement.

✅ Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, webinars, and community engagement initiatives.
