What motivated me to join the traineeship was my desire to gain hands-on experience with real-world datasets and enhance my skills in data visualization and analytics. The program provided exactly that, with expert guidance and a collaborative environment. 

What I enjoyed most about the traineeship was the practical learning approach, especially working on Power BI dashboards and learning advanced DAX techniques. Collaborating with peers and applying concepts to real-world scenarios made the experience even more rewarding.
